      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>Bulk RNAseq dataset of C. elegans with late-onset daf-2 knockdown using auxin degron tagging system. Knockdown of daf-2 was performed in whole worm (RAF2181 strain), or specifically in neuron (RAF5034 aka. RV8 strain) or intestine (RAF5033 aka. RV6 strain). Age and auxin-matched wild type control N2 strain was also used. Pre-treatment worms were collected at 15 days of age. Auxin or DMSO control treated worms started treatment at 15 days of age and were collected at 19 days of age.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
