<STUDY_ABSTRACT>To explore the classification and functional roles of bladder immune cells during urinary tract infection (UTI), we performed scRNA-seq analysis of immune cells extracted from mouse bladders. Overall design: Mice were intravesically infected with uropathogenic Escherichia coli(UPEC) CFT073, and bladder immune cells were isolated using flow cytometry 8 hours post-infection.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
