      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>Abstarct :In this study, we collected Platynereis dumerilii larvae and juveniles during settlement metamorphosis at eleven time points from 3 days post fertilization (dpf) to 8 dpf in 12h intervals, in order to investigate the changes on a molecular level. Through the analysis of this transcriptome landscape, it has been possible to identify regulatory genes with peak expression at key stages during settlement metamorphosis in Platynereis dumerilii.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
