RNA sample was evaluated for quality and integrity using an Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer (Agilent Technologies), and the library was constructed using the TruSeq RNA Sample Prep kit (Illumina), which were sequenced as paired-end reads using a HiSeq 2000 (Illumina) at Macrogen (Seoul, South Korea).</DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>
