      <DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>For the purpose of improving gene prediction, we generated RNA-seq data using the Ion Torrent PGM.  Total RNA was isolated from liquid shaking culture using TriZol, treated with DNaseI, and poly-adenelated RNA was selected using a Dynabeads mRNA purification kit.  Sequencing libraries were constructed from mRNA using Ion Total RNA-Seq v2 kit and multiplexed on a 318v2 chip on the PGM.</DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>
