      <DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>Samples of Larimichthys polyactis (voucher no. 565) were collected from Zhoushan, China. Total genomic DNA was extracted from muscle tissue. Paired-end genomic library was constructed by using Illumina TruSeq DNA PCR-Free Library Preparation Kits and then performed next generation sequencing by Miseq splatform (2X300bp).</DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>
