        <LIBRARY_CONSTRUCTION_PROTOCOL>Cells were fixed with 1% formaldehyde for 10 min at room temperature. The cells were lysed with a RIPA buffer supplemented with protease inhibitor. Lysed samples were sonicated by Sonifiers Branson and Bioruptor to yield 200-500 bp DNA fragments. Chromatin immunoprecipitaiton (ChIP) was performed with anti-glucocorticoid receptor antibodies. DNA fragments were collected using Dynabeads protein A/G (Life Technologies). ChIP-seq libraries were constructed with Ion Fragment Library kit (Life Technologies) according to the manufacturer's instructions</LIBRARY_CONSTRUCTION_PROTOCOL>
