<STUDY_ABSTRACT>Pre-climacteric banana (Musa acuminata AAA group, cv. Cavendish) fruit at 70–80% maturation (70-75 days after flowering) were obtained from a local plantation near Nanning, Guangxi, China. The group of fruits stored for 5 hours were sealed with 0 µL/L ethylene for 12 hours at 25°C, served as the control (CK).Samples was obtained at specific selected times, and the pulp was frozen in liquid nitrogen and then stored at -80°C. The pulp of the fruits sealed at 1 hour of finishing gas were selected as the high-throughput sequencing samples.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
