      <DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>DNA for whole genome sequencing was extracted from colonies grown at 26°C on half-strength Potato Dextrose Agar for 2-3 weeks.  An indexed Illumina TruSeq library (Pippin Prep size selected 350bp inserts) was sequenced using 150-bp paired-end reads on an Illumina MiSeq instrument using approximately 1/10 of a sequencing lane.</DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>
