      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>To characterize the effect of Core regulatory element (CRE) deletion in breast cancer cell line (MDA-MB-231 cells), we performed gene expression RNA-seq analysis for WT and KO (Core Regulatory Element deleted) MDA-MB-231 cells after 0h, 6h and 24h of P/I treatment. Overall design: Total RNA was extracted from WT and KO (CRE deleted) MDA-MB-231 cells of mock and PMA/Ionomycin treated group.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
