      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>Analysis of the effect of siRNA-mediated silencing of ORAI3 in MDA-MB-468 basal-like breast cancer cells exposed to 48 and 72 h hypoxia Overall design: MDA-MB-468 cells were seeded in 96-well plates. Post plating (24 h), cells were transfected with siRNA for 48 h. Cells were then serum starved (0.5% FBS) for 24 h and exposed to hypoxic conditions (1% O2) for the indicated time-points. Total RNA was isolated and purified using an RNeasy Plus Mini Kit. Three independent biological replicates were collected for each treatment.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
