      <STUDY_TITLE>Gene networking during arsenic stress in Indian mustard</STUDY_TITLE>
      <STUDY_TYPE existing_study_type="Other"/>
      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>The study investigated the gene expression changes in response to arsenic accumulation in Brassica juncea (L.). Examining the transcriptome from root and shoot revealed an upregulation of genes in response to stress, metabolic processes, catalytic activity, transporter activity and transcription regulator activity etc. An understanding of arsenic accumulation and detoxification in mustard will help to improve its phytoremediation efficiency.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
