<STUDY_ABSTRACT>A soil microbial community plays an important role in ecosystem including chemical cycling, soil structure, and plant health. It is important to exploit not only plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPRs) but also their key pathways which could enhance growth of plants. We have isolated Flavobacterium sp. TCH3-2 showing plant beneficial effects in tomato. To understand detailed functions of PGPR isolate, we performed metatranscriptome analyses based on next generation sequencing.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
