      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>We used cynomolgus monkeys as animal models to explore molecular responses of primate white blood cells (WBCs) and brains to hypobaric hypoxia (HH) by transcriptome sequencing. Then, we also examined two prophylactic drugs, progesterone and Triol, on HH induced injures. We also used transcriptome sequencing to identify the molecular changes induced by drugs and explore their potential mechanisms.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
