      <DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>RNA of five prototype strains were separately extracted and converted to cDNA using serotype specific primer. cDNA of each strain were amplified to two overlapping fragment and mixed together. DNA fragments of five dengue strains were pooled and sequenced in a single sequencing run by 454 GS FLX.</DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>
