<STUDY_ABSTRACT>Illumina HiSeq2000 technology was used to generate mRNA profiles from Oidiodendron maius free-living mycelium and Vaccinium myrtillus mycorrhizal roots with or without Cadmium treatment. 150bp reads were generated and aligned to the O.maius reference transcripts using CLC Genomics Workbench 8 Overall design: To analyse the effect of Cadmium, total RNA of O. maius free-living mycelium and V. myrtillus mycorrhizal roots with or without Cadmium treatment were generated and sequenced by Illumina HiSeq2000. Three biological replicates from each treatment were sequenced.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
