<STUDY_ABSTRACT>We isolated macrophages from murine lung tumors and their in vitro derived progenitors for RNA sequencing Overall design: Lewis lung carcinoma tumors grown in mice were used to isolate tissue resident CD45+CD11b+Gr1-F4/80hi and bone marrow derived CD45+CD11b+Gr1+F4/80lo macrophages for RNA sequencing. These cells were also used to generate macrophage progenitors by culture in methycellulose + stem cell growth factors. Resulting Colony cells were then sorted for Kit expression and sequenced.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
