      <DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>~20 conidia of Stylopage hadra were manually  collected from corn meal agar plates upon which soil and Caenorhabditis  elegans (as bait) had been deposited 3-4 weeks prior. Spores were chemically  lysed and subjected to MDA reactions, amplifying DNA prior to dilution and  library preparation.</DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>
