      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>Purpose:  The goals of this study was to obtain the trasncriptome of DROSHA_KO mESCs to compare it with the transcriptome of WT mESCs (originally deposited in GSE78971 and included here). Overall design: mRNA profiles of DROSHA_KO mouse embryonic stem cells were generated by deep sequencing, in duplicate, using Illumina HiSeq2000. Two independent knockout strategies were used and each is represented in a separate sample: GSM3476626 DroshaKO1d5_A with deletion of Pro-rich region GSM3476627 DroshaKO2d5_B with deletion of R/S-rich region The Drosha KO alleles are discussed in PubMed ID: 28100686</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
