SRP172551 PRJNA508511 Microbial diversity in West African soils The objective of this project is to study the biodiversity of soil microorganisms in West Africa and to identify the environmental determinants of this diversity. This project also aims to understand the role of soil microbial diversity in the provision of soil ecosystem services in a context of global change.
