      <DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>The short ~284 bplong 16S rDNA-V4 region was amplified using the domain-specific primer combination U519F and U803R and was followed by qPCR. Further templates for sequencing were prepapred by qPCR using primers with Illumina flowcell adapter and 12 baase Golay barcode in reverse primer. After further purification templates were pooled and sent to Illumina MiSeq sequencing using the facilities of the W.M. Keck Center for Comparative and Functional Genomics, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, IL, USA.</DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>
