<STUDY_ABSTRACT>Circular RNAs are a class of non-coding RNA transcripts, which are ubiquitously expressed in eukaryotes. In the current study, we identified a novel circRNA derived from ß-catenin gene locus, which was named “circß-catenin”. In order to characterize the function of circß-catenin in modulating Wnt pathway, we conducted RNA-seq to evaluate the effect of circß-catenin on global RNA expression profiles. Overall design: Examination of RNA expression profiles on shNC and shcircß-catenin PLC/PRF/5 cells</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
