<STUDY_ABSTRACT>This study was conducted to test the potential of cactus microbiome to enhance the stress tolerance of 140 Ru grapevine rootstock to drought stresse. The experimental plants were divided equally into three groups . One group plants were inoculated by the isolated cacti consortium before stress application (EI), the second group was inoculated once the stress application (LI), while the third group were left non-inoculated as control (C). Root samples are collected from each condition and analyzed by 18s high throughput Sequencing (Miseq-Illumina) to determine the eukaryotic microbiome profil.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
