<STUDY_ABSTRACT>Microbiological investigations at the decommissioned uranium mine Cluff Lake in Saskatchewan, Canada. In a wetland contaminated with inorganics, a non-iron inorganic permeable reactive barrier was installed to intercept the waste stream. Microbial community analyzes by 16S rRNA gene sequencing was performed on contaminated peat, mineral soil (glacial till), and permeable reactive barrier material. This project contains raw 16S rRNA reads from those samples.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
