      <DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>The virus was grown in ovine testis cells  cell culture. DNA was purified from a 200 L of 10% resuspension of cell culture supernatant harvested when cytopathic effects were observed using a QIAamp DNA mini kit DNA mini kit (Qiagen, Germany). Library preparations were performed using the Nextera XT DNA preparation kit (Illumina, USA) and sequenced on the MiSeq platform.</DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>
