    <DESIGN>
      <DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>The pooled samples of redia were fixed and stored in the IntactRNA (Eurogene, Moscow, Russia), according to manufacturer instructions. Prior to total RNA isolation, the intactRNA-fixed samples were rinsed in 0.1M phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). The total RNA isolation was done using Quick-RNA Microprep kit (R1050, Zymo Research, Irvine, California, USA).  The libraries were synthesized using NEBNext Ultra Directional RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (E7760, New England BioLabs, Ipswich, Massachusetts, USA). Sequencing error correction was performed by Karect (v1.0). All libraries were checked for human tissue contamination (Encode: GRCh38, primary assembly) using BBTools packages (v37.02). Additionally, the reference transcriptome of Bithynia siamensis goniomphalos was used for verification of rediae libraries host tissue contamination.</DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>
