We conducted a global transcriptome analysis using CAGE method. Overall design: Human neural stem cells (H9 hESC-Derived, Gibco, cat. No. N7800-100) with native and silenced (by shRNA lentiviral system) WWOX expression were compared before and after differentiation into neurons.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
