<STUDY_ABSTRACT>We generated GBS reads from an F2 mapcross between a gray ICB female and Nigerian male. The resulting map can be used to place scaffolds in the assembly, and find regions correlated with the gray phenotype and sex locus. Additionally, pools of 12 F13 Nigerian strain males, 8 F13 Nigerian strain females, and 6 F7 Ivory Coast B (ICB) male frogs were sequenced with whole-genome sequencing (Illumina)</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
