<STUDY_ABSTRACT>We used chromosome conformation capture carbon copy (5C) and high-throughput sequencing (5C-seq) to characterize the contribution of PRC2 in chromatin conformation at the HoxA cluster and its flanking regulatory regions in proximal and distal limb buds at E12.5. To assess the contribution of PRC2 in changes in chromatin conformation, we generated 5C-seq datasets of wild type and Eed mutant proximal and distal limb buds.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
