In order to illustrate the potential therapeutic mechanism of curcumin against atrial fibrillation, Transcriptome sequencing and analysis were conducted to help deepen the comprehensive understanding of curcumin's therapeutic effects, to further understand the pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation, and to provide opportunities for new treatment, diagnosis and prevention strategies.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
