<STUDY_ABSTRACT>We report the gene expression profile of thymus DN1a/b cells that are either responsive to Notch signals, or unresponsive to Notch signals due to absence of expression of RBPJ, a key mediator of the Notch signaling pathway. Overall design: Thymus DN1a/b cells were FACS sorted from control mice (always maintained expression of RBPJ), RBPJ uninduced mice (lacked expression of RBPJ), and RBPJ induced mice (initially lacked expression of RBPJ but made to induce expression of RBPJ through doxycycline treatment).</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
