SRP190002 PRJNA530120 Microsnail Microbiome Diet Study We performed a metabarcoding study of both the microbiome and the diet of 814 individuals land snails (Gastropoda) collected from land snail communities on limestone outcrops from the Kinabatangan River floodplain, Sabah, Malaysian Borneo. Our goal was to study interactions between the three communities of 'host snail', 'host microbiome', and 'host plant diet'.
