      <DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>The PCR-free shotgun library was constructed with the Library Construction kit from Kapa Biosystems. The mate-pair libraries were constructed with the Nextera Mate Pair library Sample Prep kit (Illumina, CA), followed by the TruSeq DNA Sample Prep kit. The libraries were quantitated by qPCR, pooled  and sequenced on one lane (mate-pairs) and 3 lanes (shotgun) for 151 cycles from each end of the fragments on a HiSeq2500 using a TruSeqRapid SBS sequencing chemistry version 13.       <DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>A large insert DNA library for PacBio sequencing was generated at the UC Davis Genome Center using the PacBio SMRT Library Prep for RSII followed by BluePippin size selection for fragments &gt;10 kb. The library was sequenced with 12 PacBio SMRT cells using the RSII chemistry after a titration cell to determine optimal loading.</DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>
