<STUDY_ABSTRACT>This study investigated the role of RSPO2 in liver fibrogenesis and its impact on the gut microbiome. CCl4-induced fibrotic-liver rats were injected with lentivirus vectors expressing RSPO2-CRISPR, with healthy rats served as the control. Fecal sample of rats (before injection of RSPO2-CRISPR, after injection of RSPO2-CRISPR, and the control) were collected and examined by 16S rRNA sequencing.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
