      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>We extracted RNA from SDC and rapamycin (RM) cultivated cell in exponential phase and after 7 days of aging using the Kapa Biosystems hyperplus kit with Riboerase, as per user's instructions at 500nG input. RNA integrity was assessed on an Agilent Bioanalyzer using the RNA pico kit to determine RIN scores. Library quality was assessed using Agilent Bioanalyzer using the DNA 1000 Kit. Libraries were quantified using Kapa Biosystems library quantification kit. The libraries were normalized, pooled and loaded onto a NextSeq 500/550 High Output v2 kit (300 cycles) flow cell and sequenced on a NextSeq 500 instrument.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
