<STUDY_ABSTRACT>Every year in Kazakhstan cases of pasteurellosis in animals are recorded. Pasteurellosis outbreaks have been reported in wild animals resulting in the death of up to 88% of the local population (62% of the world population) as a result of the epidemic. At the same time there is little information about the genetic diversity of circulating strains of Pasteurella multocida. The purpose of this research is to study the genomes of Pasteurella multocida, isolated from domestic and wild animals in Kazakhstan.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
