      <STUDY_TITLE>Comparison of tumor-associated YAP1 fusions identifies a recurrent set of functions critical for oncogenesis [mouse RNA-seq]</STUDY_TITLE>
      <STUDY_TYPE existing_study_type="Transcriptome Analysis"/>
      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>Several different YAP1 gene fusions have been identified in various human cancers. We performed RNA sequencing on human neural stem cells overexpressing either YAP1-MAMLD1, YAP1-FAM118B, or YAP1-TFE3, as well as on whole tumor lysates from mouse brain tumors generated by intra-cranial expression of either YAP1-MAMLD1, YAP1-FAM118B, or YAP1-TFE3. Overall design: Tumors were generated by intracranial injection of RCAS viruses expressing either YAP1-MAMLD1-dR3R1, YAP1-FAM118B, or YAP1-TFE3. Tumors were snap frozen and total RNA was extracted.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
