      <DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>Total RNA QC was checked on 1% formaldehyde denature agarose gel and Qubit Fluorometer. Whole transcriptome library was prepared using MicrobExpress bacterial mRNA purification kit to enrich microbial mRNA from total RNA, followed by TruSeq Stranded RNA Library Preparation Kit. The library size is 397 bp. The libraries were sequenced using 2 x 150 PE chemistry on illumina platform.</DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>
