RNA concentration and quality were evaluated by Experion Automated Electrophoresis System (BioRad). Only RNA (100 ng) having RIN >7.5 was used for the microarray analysis. RNA labelling, microarray hybridisation and scanning were performed using Ambion WT Expression Kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific) and GeneChip Mouse Gene 1.0 ST Array (Affimetrix, Santa Clara, CA, USA) with GeneChip Scanner 3000 (Affimetrix, Santa Clara, CA, USA), according to the manufacturer's instructions.
