Protocol Description	Samples are collected from 4 years old male worker.	RNA was extracted using Trizol reagent (Life Technologies) according to the manufacturer's protocol.	TruSeq RNA Library Prep Kit v2 (Illumina) was used for library preparation according to the manufacturer's protocol.	Illumina Hiseq 2500 System was used to obtain single-end 100-nucleotide sequences.	Transcripts per million (TPM) was calculated after FASTQ files were trimmed using Trim Galore! (ver0.4.4).
