Investigation Title	transcriptome profile of human bladder cancer
Experiment Description	To evaluate the transcriptome profile of human bladder cancer patients, human bladder cancer tissues including 59 non-muscle invasive bladder cancer patients and 44 muscle invasive bladder cancer patients, were obtained. Total RNA was extracted with Trizol from each specimen, and analyzed with RNA-seq sequence.
