Protocol Description	We obtained commercially available larvae, and theninduced metamorphosis by isolation rearing. The mandibles were separated frompupa 0-5 days after pupation.	Total RNA were extracted using SV Total RNAisolation System (Promega). Quality of RNA is checked by 2100 Bioanalyzer.	We constructed the library using TruSeq RNA Sample Prep Kit v2.The library were prepared by random fragmentation of cDNAsample, and then 5' and 3' adapter ligation were performed.
