Cell culture was performed in 5% CO2 37 degree C. Total RNA was prepared using the RNeasy kit. Quality Check of RNA was performed using Agilent Bioanalyzer RNA 6000 nano kit. The libralies were constructed using a SureSelect Strand Specific RNA Library Prep Kit (Agilent) following the manufacturer's instructions. The libraries of HB1119 were sequenced for 36 cycles on an Illumina GAIIx sequencer with 36-bp single-end reads. The libraries of 293T were sequenced for 51 cycles on an Illumina HiSeq 2500 sequencer with 51-bp single-end reads.
