Experiment Description	adaptor-tagged competitive PCR. Measurement of relative expression levels against a control sample. Sample RNA source: thyroid papillary carcinoma (abbreviated as PC), thyroid follicular carcinoma (FC), thyroid follicular adenoma (FA), normal thyroid tissue (N). The number of samples are 42 PC, 28 FC, 58 FA, and 40 N. Control RNA source: a mixture of RNAs from four PC, one FC, three FA and four N.
