Total RNA was extracted using the PureLink RNA Mini Kit (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, USA) cDNA libraries were generated using a NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit (New England BioLabs, Beverly, USA). Sequencing was performed using HiSeq 1500 (Illumina) with a single-read sequencing length of 60bp. Quality control was performed using FastQC. Trimmomatic v0.36 was used to filter low quality reads of NGS data.
