Culture medium containing bortezomib was replaced every 12 hr. Total RNA was extracted from U2OS cells using High Pure RNA isolation kit, and RNA-Seq librarlies were obtained by TruSeq library preparation kit. RNA-Seq libraries were sequenced using HiSeq 4000 sequencer, and sequence reads were mapped to the human genome (hg19) and processed by Tophat and Cufflinks.
