Protocol Description	The colon was collected from mice sacrificed by cervical dislocation after aerosol exposure to isoflurane.	The colonic sample was treated with RNAlater and the total RNA was isolated by the QIAGEN RNeasy kit.	The total RNA was labeled with Cyanine 3 and hybridized with the array using microRNA Complete Labeling and hybridization Kits.	The desalted labeled RNA was hybridized to the Agilent miRNA microarray according to the protocols according to the protocols provided by the manufacturer.	The array was scanned with the Agilent Technologies G4900DA SureScan scanner and the data was acquired using Agilent Feature Extraction software version 11.0.1.1.	The gTotalGeneSignal values of selected microRNAs were transformed by logarithm and normalized by quantile method.
