Total RNA was extracted from MDCK-pTR GFP-RasV12 cells by mirVana miRNA Isolation Kit according to the manufacturers instructions. labeled cRNA were prepared from 1~5 ug total RNA using the Agilents Quick Amp Labeling Kit performed by Macrogen Japan Corporation. Following fragmentation, 1.65 ug of cRNA were hybridized to the Agilent expression microarray according to the protocols provided by the manufacturer performed by Macrogen Japan Corporation.
