RNA from cultured tumor cells was extracted with RNeasy Plus Mini Kit (Qiagen). Biotin labelling of fragmented cDNA was performed using biotin labelling system (GeneChip WT PLUS Reagent Kit, Thermo Fisher Scientific). Labelled probes were hybridized to the Human Genome Clariom D Array with the GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G (Affymetrix). Expression data of mRNA were extracted image files using GeneSpring GX 14.9.1 (Agilent Technologies). Normalization and expression value calculations were performed using GeneSpring system.
