Comment[GEAAccession] E-GEAD-506 MAGE-TAB Version 1.1 Investigation Title Comparison of therapeutic effects of mesenchymal stem cells from superficial and deep subcutaneous adipose tissues Experiment Description We extracted mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) derived from superficial and deep subcutaneous adipose tissues (Sup-MSCs and Deep-MSCs, respectively), and compared their functional difference using RNA sequencing. Each patient had provided written informed consent. We processed according to TruSeq Stranded Total RNA Sample Prep Guide, Part #15031048 Rev. E A library was independently prepared with 1 ?g total RNA for each sample using the Illumina TruSeq Stranded mRNA Sample Prep Kit (Illumina, Inc., San Diego, CA). The qualified libraries were sequenced using an Illumina NovaSeq (Illumina, Inc.) with paired-end (2?100 bp) reads. The expression abundances of transcripts and genes were calculated as the read count or fragments per kilobase of exon per million mapped read value per sample.
